4. Return Conditions
To ensure fair processing, returned items must meet the following requirements:
- Must be in brand-new, unused condition
- No visible wear, stains, or damage
- Original packaging fully intact (including boxes and accessories)
- Tags or authenticity labels must remain attached (if applicable)
If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return or issue a partial refund.
5. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange if:

- The product is damaged or defective
- The item was damaged during shipping
Exchanges are only available for the same product model, subject to availability.

We will cover the return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Actual arrival time may vary depending on banks or payment platforms
9. Damaged or Defective Items

We will prioritize a replacement or refund for eligible cases.
10. Special Notice (Crystal Products)
As crystals are natural materials, each item may vary in:
- Natural texture and pattern
- Slight color differences
- Internal inclusions or natural fractures
- Shape variations
These characteristics are natural properties and are not considered defects. Returns will not be accepted for such reasons.
11. Refund Denial & Dispute Handling
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in the following cases:
- Returned items do not follow the required return process
- Returned items fail inspection
- Fraudulent or abusive refund behavior
In case of payment disputes (chargebacks), we will provide full order and shipping documentation to support dispute resolution.
